Questions merchants ask
- How am I billed?
- Through Shopify, on your regular store invoice. Pick a plan on the Shopify plan page from inside the app; upgrade, downgrade or cancel there at any time. There is no trial and no contract.
- Does Rovalty take a cut of creator payouts?
- No. Each week you get one statement of what your campaigns owe each creator and you pay them directly, by whatever method they registered. Rovalty records the statement and the payment; it never receives or moves the money.
- What is a tracked view?
- A view counted on an approved submission while it is tracking, checked against the platform's own API. Only views above a campaign's minimum threshold, and only from the moment of approval, count toward the monthly limit.
- What happens when I reach the monthly limit?
- Tracking pauses until the next month, or resumes immediately when you upgrade. Creator earnings already accrued are never lost, and campaigns stay live.
- Which platforms are supported?
- YouTube Shorts today. TikTok and Instagram Reels are built and switch on as each platform completes its review of the app.
