Creator.co's platform page says creators can be paid through flat fees, tips or commissions, with custom structures in its FAQ. It doesn't describe a rate per view, so a video's reach doesn't set the payout by default.
Brands fund a digital wallet inside the platform to run campaign budgets. The page we read doesn't say whether a fee applies to those payments, so ask before you commit.
Rovalty's Free plan tracks 10,000 views and includes your white-label creator page. Starter is $29 a month for 500,000 tracked views.

GRIN combines creator discovery, a CRM, gifting and affiliate programs, and publishes its plans openly. It adds a 5% to 20% management fee to the money brands deposit in its wallet.
Upfluence pairs creator search with store connections that tie sales to individual creators, for a fixed fee quoted after a demo. It takes no share of sales, but it has no described way to pay by verified views.
Klear is now part of Meltwater Influencer Marketing, which covers discovery, fraud checks, gifting and integrated payments. Its price is a custom quote, and it describes no per-view creator pay.
Brandbassador, now Club, gives ecommerce brands a white-label ambassador portal with missions, commissions and product rewards. Its pricing is discussed on a demo, and rewards follow tasks and sales rather than verified views.
Swell Rewards, now Yotpo Loyalty, lets ecommerce brands reward customers with points, referrals and VIP tiers. It's built for repeat purchases, so it has no view-based pay for creators.
ClipIt, from MonsterLab, sends one brief to a large network across TikTok, Reels, Shorts and X, and screens accounts for fake engagement. It doesn't publish a brand fee, and its terms deduct 5% from clipper payouts.
Vidsflow describes a short-video app with editing tools, trending sounds and AI effects. Its fees aren't published, and its site doesn't describe view-based pay for brands to use.
FirstPromoter gives subscription companies commission rules that follow renewals, upgrades and cancellations across major billing tools. It takes no listed cut, but it leaves views in platform analytics, so it can't run pay per view.
Rewardful gives software companies a native Stripe connection and charges 0% on affiliate revenue, with optional paid payouts. Its commissions follow revenue, and its pricing page lists no view-based pay for your own creators.
The site says a first campaign can be set up in under five minutes. That covers your portal and campaign, not creators arriving.
There's no import or automatic migration, so share your new page directly with the creators you already know.
Once videos are submitted, views are read through official APIs. Statements close Mondays, and you pay creators directly and log each reference.
Stay with Creator.co if finding new creators is your main problem, or you want a managed team running campaigns. Rovalty has no database, no outreach tools and no marketplace.
