Fourthwall Runs Your Shop. Who Pays Creators to Promote It?

Fourthwall helps you sell merch, digital goods and memberships to your own audience. Rovalty does a different job: brands pay creators per 1,000 verified views, with no commission.

The Short Answer

Rovalty is the better pick if you want other creators promoting your shop and paid per verified view. Fourthwall is the better pick if you need merch, fulfillment, memberships or a store, because Rovalty has none of those. You can run both, since one sells and the other promotes.

Our pick, for brands paying creators per view. Written by Rovalty and last checked .

Where a Fourthwall Shop Stops if You Want Creators Promoting It

Fourthwall is a shop builder for creators, with over 200 catalog products, fulfillment, digital goods and memberships. It helps you sell to fans. A founder who wants wider reach can run a Rovalty campaign beside the shop. A creator earning on Fourthwall can also join a brand's Rovalty campaign, and the shop stays as it is.

No built-in way to pay promoters

Fourthwall's own help page says there is no feature that pays a commission to partners, friends or influencers who send customers to your shop. Its Affiliate Plus program pays you for referring new creators to Fourthwall, which is a different thing.

Promo codes and a spreadsheet

The suggested workaround is a promo code for each partner. You export the orders file, add up sales per code, then pay people yourself. That measures sales through a code, and it tells you nothing about how many people watched.

Fees follow what you sell

Memberships carry 5% on both plans, digital products carry 5% on Free, and catalog items have a flat fee per product. Card processing is on top. These are fair charges for a shop, but none of them buys you reach.

Why We Rank Rovalty #1 Among Fourthwall Alternatives for View-Based Creator Campaigns in 2026

Your shop keeps selling, creators bring the eyes

Rovalty has no store, no merch and no memberships. It runs the campaign side: you set a rate per 1,000 views, a budget and a per-video cap, and creators post. Your Fourthwall shop can be the thing they talk about.

Views from official APIs, not code guesses

Video views are read through the TikTok, Instagram and YouTube APIs, hourly for 48 hours and then daily until tracking ends. There are no screenshots and no scraping, so you know what each dollar paid for.

A flat plan with 0% commission

Plans run from Free to $199 a month, and Rovalty takes nothing from creator pay. You pay creators directly from a weekly statement and record the reference. Rovalty never holds your money.

#3: Beacons (Best for creators pitching brands with a live media kit)

#5: Lemon Squeezy (Best for software teams wanting payments and tax handled)

Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, subscriptions and sales tax for software and digital products, and its team is now also building Stripe Managed Payments. It takes 5% plus 50¢ per sale, and its affiliate tool pays on sales rather than views.

#9: Billo (Best for Buying UGC ad creative per video)

Billo gives brands a vetted creator network and approved videos with full usage rights for paid ads. Its fee sits inside the per-video price, and pay isn't tied to the views a video earns.

See Billo alternatives

#10: GRIN (Best for Gifting, affiliate and paid in one suite)

GRIN combines creator discovery, a CRM, gifting and affiliate programs, and publishes its plans openly. It adds a 5% to 20% management fee to the money brands deposit in its wallet.

Adding a Rovalty Campaign Beside Your Fourthwall Shop

  1. Keep the shop exactly as it is

Nothing moves. There is no import, and your products, members and orders stay on Fourthwall. If you run a Shopify store too, it can install the Rovalty app.

  2. Launch a creator page and a campaign

Set up yourbrand.rovalty.com, then choose your rate, minimum views, per-video cap and budget. Require a mention, name or link in the caption.

  3. Share the page and pay from the statement

Send your new page to creators yourself. They sign in with Google, link accounts and submit videos. Each Monday a statement closes, and you pay them directly within 7 days.

When Fourthwall Is the Better Pick

Stay on Fourthwall if you sell merch, memberships or digital goods to your fans. Rovalty can't do any of that and won't replace it. Add Rovalty only if you also want other creators paid per view to promote you, or if you're a creator who wants brand campaign income next to your shop.
